Which Balancer Should I Get?

I need a harmonic balancer for my car, I have a pretty good engine vibration and the rubber inside it is starting to fall out.
What balancer should I get or not get and why? I am leaning towards the fluidamper only because I have heard that it is a good piece. Are balancer failures common on these motors? Thanks for any input.

Unless you are running some huge mod's and high rpm, the stock DAMPER (it is not a "balancer") should be fine. Haven't heard of many failures. I run the ATI Super Damper (SFI rating required under 11.0-sec), and I sold my stock damper - from a 94 with 65K miles - for $50.
