My car has been missing at high RPM's (4800+) for a couple of months now and I can't figure out what it is. I went to Autozone a while back and they hooked up the scanner and it said my Crank Position Sensor was bad. I bought a new one and replaced it, then I got it scanned again yesterday and it still says it's bad. Any ideas of what could be wrong? Could this be causing the miss?

 

Post the specific code. Some places have a bad habit of interpreting them wrong.
