I was getting ready to order a cable from AKM Electronics and a LT1 Edit program. I just found MaStach.com. It seems that they sell the same cable that AKM Electronics for about 1/2 the cost. Here's the address, Check it out , tell me what ya'll think.

I saw those cables also as I am in the market for a obd1 cable too. The akm cable came with a molded connector where as that one only had the wires for you to stick into the port. Just peace of mind that I get the wires hooked up right every time and that the connector would make it easier for me makes it my choice. But if you are only looking at it for the price, that is the way you could go.

I just got the molded AKM cable and the quality of this product is awesome. I'd rather spend a little more money and have peace of mind when tuning.

Oops, didnt mean to bring this thread back from the dead, but I just ordered one of the mastach.com cables. It should be here in a few days. If you still haven't bought one yet I'll let you know what i think after i receive mine. $45 shipped sure wasnt a bad deal though, considering a single engine diagnostic performed anywhere locally would cost more than that.

I already have 6-8 free diagnostic programs ready to install when i get the cable.
