AC Delco PF25 oil filter not available? PLus a ? about serpentine belt

I remember reading a couple months ago that the PF25 Delco filter that the LT1 uses was no longer available. I went to the parts dept. today at my work to get a filter for my oil change, and sure enough we don't carry it anymore. It has been replaced by the PF454. I went ahead and bought the PF454 but it is a lot shorter of a filter than the PF25 was. Is anybody running this filter, or should I just go buy a different companies that is the equivelent of the PF25. I ran the mobile 1 filter a couple of times but they always leaked. I've had awesome luck with the PF25, and always got it for a good price, anybody got any oil filter reccomendations? The longer filter is out of the question, it won't clear my headers. Also, I picked up a replacement serpentine belt and the parts guy said that there are two different ones available. The one I got is part # 88986810 anybody know if this is the right one, or the length of the right one. I think the one I picked up was 163 mm, and he said the other one was 110mm. Thanks!

Go with PF35 or PF1218. Both fit and are longer filters. The work on our cars just fine plus you get the added filtering from the longer length. The PF1218 has an antidrain valve as well. This is what I use and it works great. Hope this helps.

I was an avid AC Delco user too until they became unavailable. I didn't really want to pay $10 for a Mobile One oil filter and I've heard bad things about Fram, so I picked up a Bosch (sp?) for $5 from autozone and it seems fine. I can't use the longer AC Delco filter either, it won't clear my headers.

i'm using the PF-454 seems to be fine. I will only use AC oil filters on all of my GM cars. Our 99 Yukon 4WD uses the small PF-51 and it's a 5.7 liter. No problems with it.

You'll notice I said I can't use the longer filter, as it won't clear my headers.

Anybody got any ideas about the belt?
