I ordered a Mcleod disk from those people over two weeks ago and nothing yet. I e-mailed customer service and nothing from that either. Anybody got any experince with them? Is it just a busy time of year or am I getting the run-around?

 

I ordered a QTP ecutout in early November, cancelled the order via phone call a week later. They still sent it (received it earlier in the week) which I did not open or accept and had it returned. Emailed them today advising of the nonacceptance/return and requested a refund w/o restock penalty. Will keep you posted on this situation. I'm thinking their customer service may be abit suspect.
