im atill atempting to put headers on my car and on the driver side i can onlt get every other bolt into the header and on the passenger side i can only get the first and the last. any ideas? will that seal the exhaust good enough ( i doubt it )

 

It seems like the LT are bowed from the way you are describing your problem. It has to be a pain to get the tubes in and out, but try unbolting the ones you have bolted in, refit the tubes and then try the bolts that didn't go in first.
