95Z code 29

Code 29 is currently blowing the 20 amp fuse (#7) in the engine bay and someone has told me a wire needs to be replaced to the air pump and I am wondering if someone can tell me what wire and where this wire is. Thank You

I say screw the Air pump. Makes plug changes 10x easier.
