95 Z28 Can I Use A Z06 Clutch?

Alright i need to replace my clutch and althought mcleod is the best out there i dont have that kind of money to spend. I want to go above stock, can i use a z06 clutch with my car. I will get the flywheel pressure plate and clutch but is it compatible, it is still the t56. If so please shoot me some part numbers if available...thanks for the help

Even though you cant, why would you want to? Im quite sure you would pay OUT THE *** for a new Z06 clutch, why not just go aftermarket?

LS1 and LT1's use different set ups. I assume he could get a deal on one, otherwise it would be an awefully expensive clutch for that car.

Centerforce clutches are really good, IF SET UP CORRECTLY. Everyone always talks about them going out on them, but no one seems to pay attention to where they grab with the pedal. Many times they will not fully dis-engauge, gotta run an adjustable master cyl and all will be peachy.

Theres only 2 clutches i would ever trust on sticky tires, ceterforce and the street twin. My lt4 is great for everyday driving, but slips like a **** on sticky tires. I have seen too many specs (star) come completely apart and shatter to ever recommend any stage from them.

McCloud sells them, or www.lt1dave.com has a guy make them for him.
