95 camaro z28 starts then dies

I have a 95 camaro z28 car starts then dies. It can run fine for two weeks then two weeks act like this. I have LTs so deleted alot of emissions stuff. Unplugged the MAF still does the same thing. New pump and sending unit put in. And when the car does doe the fans turn on at full blast. Any idea what it is? Thanks

Have you scanned it for codes? Fans are often turned on when certain codes set.

It's OBD1 but has OBD2 port. I have OBD2 with OBD1 adapter but can't pull the codes with either.

What brand/model is the “OBD2 with OBD1 adapter”?

How about downloading a free scanner/data logging software specifically written for 94/95 LT1:

Have you checked the fuel pressure?
