93 timing chain?
 

Hello, I was wondering if the lunati timing chain is for the 93-94 LT1? and if not what is a good direct replacment for one. thanks for looking

I was not aware that Lunati made a timing chain for Lt1's. The only way to get a heavy duty chain on a 93 is by converting to a 95 style opti. Then you can either go with an Lt4 extreme chain or a Cloyes Double Roller chain (electric waterpump is required to run this chain)

Where did you see the Lunati chain. I would like one

I found the lunati chain in summit racing catalog. I called them and they said it would work but im just asking you guys to make sure.

I spoke to Summit this morning regarding the Lunati chain. It's not a roller. I wonder if it's actually any better than the stock chain. Until I hear of a couple of people who've had success running it, or have personally seen it and can say it's much better than the stock chain, I'm going to stay away from it. I'm not willing to be the guinee pig...
