383 running rich, o2s? tune?
 

okay so ive got the car running good, minus the fact that its running rich. way rich also it surges while driving considerably more than i think it should with my cam. im wonderin if a rich condition would cause this. have a mad z28 tune and im tryin to figure out if that could be causing the extreme rich condition. like i can smell raw fuel inside the car and all around it bad especially comin out of the exhuast. i have the ability to look at long term fuel adjustments to see whats going on there but what will that tell me exactly? thanks for any advice.

Could be O2's, exhaust leak near the O2's or a leaky FPR (check the vacuum line for fuel).
