I have had 3.73s in for about 10 years. I would tend to agree with comments about 3.73 street use in the lower gears. The downside is use of the .5 OD 6th gear. I have to be going 70 mph and on a flat straight highway to make use of 6th and to keep RPMs at or above 2k. My engine doesn't like to cruise in 6th below 2k RPMs.

Z28Roxy, want to ask someone that knows rear ends well, what do you think of 4.56 gears or 4.30's are they just as strong as 4.11's or worth the money, thanks in advance.

4.30's and 4.56's will be weaker than a 4.10/4.11. There will be more teeth.

I have a m6 car with 3.73's, i plan on a power adder later on so no need for a 4.10. I like them, they are silent and enough for what i need. The ratio you run has a lot to do with your own personal taste. You have to think what you want out of it and then pick accordingly.
