3.4L now an LT1 trans bolt pattern help...
 

So I'm 3/4 the way through my LT1 swap and come across a web page that states my 1995 4L60E transmission will NOT bolt up to my 1994 Motor! Anyone got any ideas on this, i would hate to get rid of my beefed up tranny. Any one know what i can do, or is this web site wrong?

The bellhousing patterns differ between the v6 and v8s.

yeah...if you have the v-6 motor it's different. you can still use the TC though:). at least you wont have to buy that again.

since you have to get a new tranny any way...get a t56...much better tranny to be messin with the lt1.
