224/230

i have the 224/230 cam for my 383. and i know its mild so dont flame me please.

i just need some advice on a good lifter. maybe some part numbers from summit or so if you guys know them off hand.

i keep my stock lifters with 77K miles, no problems in 6K miles.

although Comp R lifters are really good from thunderracing.com

In my opinion the 224/230 is not mild, it's medium. Personally, I will not be going bigger.

Comp R's are good from what I hear.

With that cam in a 383 you could tell people its a stock 350 with headers
