spinning crank lt1 hub/balancer
I have a vortech supercharged lt1 and I keep spinning the hub. With the rebuilt engine and stock hub I spun it one day. It was no longer a press fit so I bought a keyed hub and keyed it. That lasted a little bit and then it sheered the key. It happen two more times and I have now parked it. Is there a kit or solution to fix this. On one episode they put a supercharger on an ls1 and drilled the crank and hub and roll pinned it. I would try to find just that part of the kit but it was for the ls1. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the nose of the crank is worn beyond repair.
For extreme boost with both the Vortech and the Pro-Charger, I've seen people run the ATI Super Damper/keyed hub, with the hub externally reinforced, and dual keys. Without the dual keys and the reinforcement, the hubs simply crack.
