160* tstat... What temp should my fans kick on?

I've got a 160* tstat coming in the mail. The car is my DD. What do you recommend I set my fans to kick on at?

Well most mail order tuners set them to 180º low speed and 190º high speed.

I was thinking something like that. I'm thinking i'll set mine at like 185 and 195.
