That's plenty of stall for his application. I think that's about what my buddy is running on his hotcam'd car (which I think it's to small for... he should be at a 3,000 - 3,200 stall)Originally Posted by slomarao
not too bad, I had a CAI and flowmaster AI exhaust i ran a 14.0 @ 100. When you bought the stall why didnt you go bigger?
Time looks about right, get to modding it and get down there.

The converter was thrown in when i got a transmission out of a 93 vette rebuild with a shift kit. The Whole thing ran me 1150

a few years back I would've said its not so good, but considering a 93 is 15 years old now and you're still running on a stock build it's not to bad. 4 years ago when my car was bone stock w/ drag radial I pulled 13.9s @ 99mph.
also this was On $20 a piece street tires with 138,000 miles
This is really not that bad. Years ago when I had my '95 Z I ran 13.98's @ 99mph pretty consistantly in decent weather (mid to high 70's, low humidity), at around 900 ft. with nothing more than a LPE CAI and "free" mods. This was also on 17" Michelin Pilot MXX3's and about 45,000 on the ticker.
