Hey guys, just had GM 1.6 rr's installed with LT4 springs. Finding that the bigger rocker design is putting more oil up into the left valve cover breather that then runs into the TB. Any ideas on this one, still want to maintain the breathering function but cut down the increased oil.... messing up the TB.

i dunno if the RRs have anything to do with that oil. more likely its your air foil blocking the PCV hole in the TB allowing oil to get trapped in there. i took off my air foil after discovering it completely blocked the PCV system in the TB from venting air down into the crankcase. i bet most if not all are designed the same way as mine so you should check that out.

 

Thanks turbo Z, that part is OK, its actually passing oil after new seals were installed as well. Much more that usual oil is in the TB.
