1.6 roller rockers

i have a cai and catback, what would 1.6 roller rockers do? and how hard are they to put in? 95 z28

There are plenty of writeups involving rocker arm swaps, they are not too difficult. Depending on what brand you go with, you may have to notch the inside of your valve covers a bit for clearance purposes. Its also a good idea to upgrade your valve springs as well. The rockers should be good for a 10-15hp increase.

Here are some links to help modify your LT1 Valve Covers so they clear the 1.6 Comp Pro-Magnum RR rocker arms. They have pics on them, which always makes things easier. I only post this because I tried looking myself and found a couple of obsolete links on this site. I hope it helps.

they're a little noisier than stock also. ive been chasing down noises for weeks only to find out its my rockers, haha
