02 sensor issues car throwing code 63
 

Since I have owned my camaro in 06 it has had issues with the 02 sensors. I have replaced the one wire 02s, when that failed I tried the heated 02 conversion harness, which I have now. Since I have owned that they still do not want to work. Even though some of the 02 codes have gone away it's still throwing code 63. I have ran a new ground wire from the ecm to the main body ground. I ran a new 02 wire and sensor connector as well from the ecm to the 02 conversion kit. I rechecked all wires yesterday and everything looks up to par, no loose ends. does anybody know where the orange switched IGN wire runs from in the fuse relay box, where we run or power wires on the conversion kit. There is an orange wire the same color that is wire nutted off in side the car by the console, I am wonderig if maybe there is no power going to the wires if this switched IGN wire has been cut.
