ZO6 MAF in Place of LS1 MAf

ZO6 MAF in Place of LS1 MAf
My dad has a 99 C5 and I was wondering if he could put the ZO6 MAF in without computer issues. Does the maf need to be specifically calibrated for the LS1. I did a search and found 1 post, but wasnt satisfied. Thanks.
