Z28 Vs SS

I have a 99 Z28.

What is the difference between a z28 and a SS.

Other than apperance?

I hope this has not be covered before. I counld not find it in a search.

Just put some 10 spoke SS rims on your car, amazing what they do for the looks of a Z28. I don't care for the fake hood scoop that much.

suspension and exhaust are a bit better, plus the added flow from the hood scoop... that's about it though. I think the SS might get better tires... or does the Z get Eagle F1 as well?
