velocity stack

does this really gain hp? has anyone dynoed it (besides the people who sell it?).?

I thought I remember someone saying they picked one up a while ago and would do a before & after dyno test.

one of my employees got one for his truck.. He said he noticed a SOTP improvement...

I think its supposed to boost torque but I dont like the cheap plastic that it is.. It doesnt fill me with confidence that it wont melt or crack and fall apart over time.. ehheh

My dad picked up one of for his C5. Why??? I don't know. Musta had the urge to waste $50. Personally, I'd rather use that money towards a ported/polished throttle body from Bauer for only a little more money.

i think its good for a few HP though it is cheaply made and overpriced.

Yeah, I'm kind of leaning toward the Bauer myself when my factory warranty expires. But if the velocity stack is worthwhile, that may hold me over until my SS hits the 3 year mark.
