tubular front end
I am.
BMR.
20lbs lighter than stock. A lot more clearance for headers & better access from under the car. No provisions for attaching brake lines like the stock k-member. Bitch of an install.
Mild steel.
Daily driver, monthly autocrosser, occasional quarter mile-er...
Only had it on for about 5 months, but no complaints so far...
good luck,
Shane

I had always had good luck with the BMR pieces in the past, so they were a natural front runner when I started looking. The PA Racing piece was slightly more expensive, and did not include the engine mounts. (I have since heard that you can get the PARacing one with engine mounts) I haven't heard of the "Anthony Jones" one you mention.
good luck,
Shane

This is for my LT1 but I assume it'll be very similar if not the same, how much do these things cost? I'd really like once considering I'm always under there working on my car, this thing is always in the way & makes it a pain in the butt to access the oil pan bolts, also whenever a socket or bolt falls down while working on the car, it always falls into the K-member !!!
