does it take your cars a considerable amont of time longer to fire up?

after it's been sitting in the sun mine still turns over first try every try but after it's been sitting in alot for awhile it always takes some time longer and i'm wondering if it's the battery about to die

Mine starts the same every time. You could be right with the battery.

Mine has had that problem for 2 years, and I have a new battery too. It starts every time but it takes two tries every time.

If the engine turns over properly, then the problem is most likely in the fuel delivery system: fuel pump or injectors.

The time it takes for mine to start varies some but I have not found it relating to any thing. It starts every time and never takes more then 1 1/2 seconds before it starts.
