Angry skip shift

i Have a 2000 Camaro Z28 w/M6
I am just wondering if i install a skip shift eliminator will allow me to shift it into Reverse while driving forward at a high rate of speed? That would be very bad.

Getting rid of the Skip Shift doesnt affect the reverse lockout. When i bought my car, i disabled the Skip Shift the same day. That was the most aggravating thing I ever experienced.

2.2k ohm (12v) resistor from radio shack. 5 for .49... do all your friends f bodies. There is a good write up link on LS1.com under mods. Just remember, this may cancel your warranty if you take you car into be serviced with the resistor in there.

And it does not affect your Reverse lockout. That solenoid is on the other side of the tranny (99.9% sure)

Skip Shift

I installed the skip shift eliminator a week after buying the car. It is a relatively easy procedure. A detail description of the instillation can be found at http://www.installuniversity.com/
This modification will not effect the reverse lockout switch..
