should be in 12's
Alright, i went to the track the other weekend and ran no better that a 13.108 at 108. then i saw some guys with just Air Lid and headers ,stock y-pipe and rear section muffler. running 12.9's? I have LT headers,y-pipe. and loudmouth, with a cam but not sure of the specs of the cam, it was int he car when i bought the car. yesterday i was next to a 01 corvette m6 with flows and intake. I was in front of him about a half a car. THis guy clamed he was in the 12.7's could i be faster on the street than the strip or what. sorry for the long post just confused help me out a bit.

If you're only trapping 108 with an upgraded cam, you've got other issues. Something tells me you either don't have an upgraded cam, or the previous owner neglected to dyno tune after installing it which would seriously hinder performance.
just re read.....kung fu since u are M6 106 is about right for a 13.0, your 60 foots are more than enough for 12s.....keep practicing the shifts and u should hit 12s...my buddys 02 WS6 with a lid and catback (M6) goes 12.70s at 112.
man, with 1.8 60's you should be in the 12's no sweat! double check your 60' times. if you said your 60' was a high 2.1 and the temp was high then 13.'s would be understandable. Running a 12 in a M6 takes some skill, its not like a A4 that your little sister can drive down the track and get a 12! Plus the M6 is a highway beast ask any A4 guy. Just be patient and practice.
An M6 with a 1.8 short should definitely be in the 12s, unless the track is quite a bit above sea level.
ls1fun, still waiting for you to post the slip
because if you're cutting a 1.8 60' and running 108 then you're losing time somewhere in-between.
KungFu, what's the elevation at your track? 106 is a little on the low side for an LS1 with LTs.
