Post Replacement Shocks

I have a 98Z28 and am thinking about replacing the shocks. I don't think that i am interested in lowering the car any, just looking for a good set of replacement shocks that will give me a nice street ride but still maintain or improve the handling that I now have. I see the Bilsteins mentioned a lot. Are these the ones to go with when only doing a shock replacement?

Thanks
Garth
