would i even need a cut out at all if i had borla catback? wouldnt it be the same as just running the wide open plate one the exaust would it change the sound or HP at all?

 

I wouldn't bother adding one, it's pretty much the same thing. The only difference is that a cutout will dump the exhaust under the car instead of at the rear. I wouldn't chop up your stainless steel exhaust for one.
