problem with my car.....help???
 

hello,
i have a 98Z.
ive noticed the left front tire is getting really worn on the outside edge...........the rest of the tire is fine......and this is the only tire doing this...........my air pressures are always up to snuff so i know its not air pressure.........plus its the only tire doing this. the rest look perfect.
what could be the problem?
alignment maybe?

Mine does the same thing!!! Alignment maybe??? I just got new tires, so i'd like to find out what causes it before i ruin these...

most likely your alignment..

while your at it, you might want to check out getting the "internet" alignment for the front.

Max neg camber (up to -1 degree, most likely you won't be able to get that anyways)
then max pos caster
0 toe (although some people perfer a some toe in, or some toe out)


most likely you'll only be able to get -.5 neg camber up front, unless your shop really tries... Its not gonna wear the insides of your tire out. (personally, I always wore the outsides out first with the factory alignment).. this extra static neg camber will help maxmize the tire patch upfront when you go thru a turn and your body rolls.

my right front tire is fine.....its just the left front........????

Just take it in to a Goodyear shop. They have up-to-date Laser machines which are way better than what most alignment shops use..

im almost positive thats an alignment issue...
