Please help!!! car wont start

i have a 99 z28 and after I drained the radiator then refilled it and put a skip shift eliminator on the transmission when i try to start the car as soon as the starter clicks everything goes dead battery was unhooked and rehooked up and is fuly charged. when everything goes dead its everything dash dome light just everyhing then its like the car resets and does it all again. do you think it is the starter silenoid or security system? i took the skip shift eliminator back off and still does the same thing. about a week ago i replaced the battery and didnt have any of these problems.

This happened to me once. I called the Pontiac 800# and they said it sounded like the security system needed to be reset. Do the volts drop to 8-9? Try this. Sit in the car and turn off all accessories. Turn the key to ON and wait 11 minutes with the key on. After 11 minutes, turn the key to off and wait a few seconds and turn the key to start. Hope this works for you, it did for me.

'01 Formula, black, all accessories except TC, K&N, Flowmaster (and I love it), free air mod, coming soon: lid and y pipe.
