One cutout....or dual cutouts? lookin for sound

Well i have the mods in my sig. FLP LT's ORY GMMG. I wanna get a cutout, not really for performance cuz i know its not gonna be anything noticeable.........the whole thing about cutouts being better on top end. I'm only lookin for sound that is louder than it already is. I'm not gonna go with electric unless i get a single cutout, probably only gonna open it when i'm at hangouts or something or somebody tries messin with me, then i'll rev it up, let them rev....and then i'll open my cutout and rev again. Also if i do get dual cutouts then i won't have to weld them in cuz i can go pick them up from FLP and replace the offroad pipes with them. What u all think? dual cutouts for sound is better?

if you just want them for sound get 2. Nothing sounds better than an open header LS1!!! Nice and noticable.

For sound, dual-cutouts. Then get your hearing checked

u know where i can get some high performance ear plugs?

Sounds like dual cutouts i guess, only for show though. They have 3 bolts in them don't they........so if i wanted i could only bolt in 2 of them and have it off the cutout a little bit but not all the way so it won't be as loud but still loud.

I know its gonna sound loud pretty much either way, which one is gonna sound better though?

get some elctric valve from DMH of QTP and do it that way. Then you can only open them half way and still be pretty loud. It is fun though and buy stock in those ear plugs..Especially since all your friends will want them after you fire it up next to them. Have Fun!!!

with macs and dual cutouts i gained a half a second over stock mainfolds and y running into a glasspack.......the open duals are freaking loud, and i ran all summer with them uncapped! and my whole car is rattling loose
wot and idle it sounds awsome, can be annoying in other parts of the rpm range.....i have a video, i just can't figure out how to compress it......
good luck
