New idea in header bolts
Saw these in Car Craft and thought it looked like a pretty good idea.

They've been selling these kind of screws at hardware stores for years (not for authomobiles, though). It looks effective and probably cheaper than Stage 8 bolts. Also has the allen head fitting as well.
