Re: ls2 intake question

I'm pretty sure they fit, the only thing is that the injector angle is different so you might need different injectors or something. Another problem could be the throttle body, I dont think the stocker fits up, you might have to purchase a special bigger bore cable feed ls2 style TB.

If anyone else has any more info on fittment of LS2 intakes on LS1's i need to know too! The flow and power gains are almost as high as the fast 90 and half the price

Re: ls2 intake question

Q: to fit this on an ls1 do you have to make any mods other than get rid of the egr system

A: If this is an earlier LS1 (1998-2000), you would need to change to the LS6/LS2 coolant cross over and the rear cylinder head coolant plugs. You would need an extension harness to relocate the MAP sensor to the front of the engine. You would need a new throttle body (or make an adapter for your stock throttle body). You would need different injector o-rings and you may need spacers for your fuel rail to clear the LS2 intake.
