Should be a couple bucks...gets sucked in through the brake booster vaccum line. There should be instructions on the can.

Sea foam woork great! The longer you let it sit in the engine the better it works. The lucas oil seemed like an extra 5 hp in a bottle when I had my Cavalier. I tried it in the LS1, it said compatable with synthetic oil, my lifters where ticking like crazy. I mixed it right.

Not sure about that one???? When I used it, I just let the motor idle and let it get sucked right in...about 2 minutes later, you'll start to enjoy the smoke show coming out of your exhaust!!! Pretty good idea to change your oil after doing this.

i honestly planned on it. i think the directions say on a warmer engine, pour slowly into brake booster line and let sit for about 5 minutes, i'll let sit for about 10-12 minutes and start your engine

use seafoam in the fuel tank, out it in the engine oil, and use it to clean the intake manifold and valves. It is great stuff!!

Re: internal engine cleanser?

Ive always just emptied the oil, left the old filter, and added 5 quarts of el cheapo tranny fluid, started it up and let it run for about 10-15 minutes. And DONT REV THE MOTOR, unless you like spun bearings. It'll smoke like a sob out of the exhaust, but it works well. And lucas...Ive used the hell outa Lucas oil additive and now am contributing it to collapsed lifters. Happened on my 4.3 blazer, threw one in my Camaro and started the same problem with less than 48k.

Re: internal engine cleanser?

The best cleaner to put in with your oil and clean out sludge is www.auto-rx.com. Avoid the engine flushes which are basically kerosene as those can be hard on seals, and unless you drop the oil pan and clean it, the sludge can get moved from the engine to the pan and clog the pickup screen. I learned all this the hard way on my Grand Cherokee I had when it was sludged up.

As for cleaning out the intake and the tops of pistons and valves, Seafoam or GM Top Engine Cleaner work very well. Both are the same except the GM stuff comes in an aerosol can from the dealership. Techron is pretty good for fuel injectors too.
