The back driver side needs new lugnut bolts . I striped it out installing new rims . Thanks for any help

 

You need to get them pounded out of the back, get the new ones, then install the new ones with the proper tool. Kind of a pain, but it's not too bad if you've got the tool (should be able to get at almost any auto store)
