im really worried......
I had changed my spark plugs at 45K miles and they already looked worn; you won't make it to 100K. Did you replace your fuel filter? That can also give you lots of hesitation/misfiring on a hard acceleration.
If it only missfiring on a specific cylinder than its a good possibilitly of a bent pushrod or valvespring if its not the sparkplug. Check the plug first if its not that just take the valve cover on the #5 side off and look at the spring and pushrod.

Things to check:
1. Spark plug. If good-
2. Plug Wire. If good-
3. Coil Pack (you'll need another coil). If good-
4. Pull valve cover on cylinder #5's side. Its easy just look for the bolts holding it down and loosen them, they wont come out so don't get fustrated trying to get them out. Just look at the spring if its broke its usually obvious. As to the pushrod it will sit on the back side of the rocker. You can try getting your finger in there and playing with it. If there is alot of play on it then it may be broke.
If it is the spring or pushrod don't worry it is not that expensive at all. It'll be maybe $100 in parts IF that. If you take it to a mechanic they may try to gouge you on labor.
The important thing is DON'T run it until you figure it out. If you keep running it with a broken spring or pushrod you will do more damage.
Just calm down and relax in the grand scheme of things breaking a spring or pushrod is not that big of a deal. The important thing to do is to not run it.
