Question Headers??

I'm interested in purchasing headers for my camaro? What is the difference between coated headers and non coated headers? Which ones would you recommend? Y-pipe and off road y-pipe?? How do I install them? Where do I take them to have them installed?

do a search...

coated will not rust, and will keep the engine bay temps down

if cost is an issue (when isn't it) look into either pacesetter or flowtechs, you should be able to get headers and ypipe and gaskets for under $600

for an install guide go to www.ls1camaro.net for an instruction page. or just call some shops to see how much they charge. i'm in the middle of doing my flowtechs right now. no real problems, and just basic tools in my driveway.

jet hots are good too. $525 shipped with gaskets. I'm installing them right now. Damn, I gotta clean my keyboard now!
