Head gasket

I just bought a 98 Z-28 for a project car knowing it had some issues, well the head gasket's bad (at the least). My question is can I remove the heads with out dropping the engine?

This question ir probably better suited for the tech sections, but the heads on my 1994 were swapped with the engine in the car. Welcome to the board. :)

You can swap them in the car. Make sure you get it checked for warping and everything else.
