ANYONE HEAR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CAMS?

Ls1/Ls6 Comp Cams Custom Grind_231/224 @ 112Lsa

the most i will do with my trans am is longtubes, exhaust , ram air, lid gears, maybe converter. what else do i need with this cam? will i need programming? is the best programming dyno tuning with wideband? do i need to buy something so the dyno guy can make changes to the af?
