Fuel Injector Question

Will 2003 Corvette injectors work in an LS1 fbody application?

From my understanding the injectors in 2003 are Gen 3 Bosch. Are they any different than the normal LS1/6 injector from 1997-2002?

Bosch part #0 280 155 931
GM part #12561462

Thanks in advance, hope somebody knows this one.

depends on the year of ls1 your changing them with..

it may need programming to make sure it doesnt run rich or lean depending on year..

I actually got them to use in an LT1 and they work great! The pressure rating of them pretty much equals out so that isn't an issue. The only problem that I have run into is that the LT1 fuel rail injector clips don't work so hot because the LS1 injectors dont have a groove all the way around for the clip to seat into. If that makes any sense.

Anyways, the throttle response is a lot better than it ever has been so I am happy.

What kind of clips do the LS1 cars use to hold the injector in place? Is it a similar setup as an LT1 or what? Anybody have any pictures?

I looked at some today, and for anybody who will ever reference this thread, the LS1 clips wont work on an LT1. I'll have to make my own or figure something else out.
