Question Exhaust Problem?!?!

The driver side of my Y pipe on my brand new Z28 only has one bracket holding it up. The passenger side has two. Also the driver side hangs down about 1 1/2 lower, and has numerous dents on it. It also looks flat compared to the passenger side of the Y pipe.

This is on top of a rust coverin my exhaust headers, and my rear suspension.

I was just wondeirng if it was normal, and if not WHAT SHOULD I DO??

The driver's side Y pipe is flat on any camaro. I dont know about the dents and hanging lower part though. If these are actual aftermarket headers in sure you could get a good rag and spray some panther **** on it and get that rust off of it.
