Exhaust

I have heard so much about exhaust systems and the manufacturer of each one gives a ridiculously high # about hp increase. So to all those of you who have installed a new exhaust system could you let me know which one to get. I heard Flowmaster is not the best for F-bodys. So I was wondering should I go with a Borla Cat Back, the SLP loudmoth or Magnaflow. Which one gets the most for the money. Appreciate the help.

Bang for the buck is a cutout, but if you are talking full catback, they are all about the same. It's more about the looks, sound and price. The HP is like the LIDS, they are all pretty much the same.

Do a search and you should get plenty of opinions.

My opinion, if you want bang-for-the-buck and don't care about your car being ridiculously loud (at least it will be after headers and Y), go with the SLP LM.

I'm talking about catbacks.

I do agree with Knight, a cutout is definitely the best BFTB.
