Hey everyone, new here, I have a 98 Z28, with some mods...
but the problem it when I am at a highway speed of like 60 or 70, and I punch it the rpms just shoot up like crazy and the car doesn't move, then the rpms moving back and for abouut from lets say redline down about a couple hundred.

Anyone ever have this type of problem, or know what it is.

 

please list out all the mods done to the car. is it an A4 or 6 speed? how many miles are on the car? are you throwing any lights?

 

Have a borla exhaust system, and a performance chip (not sure exactly what kind) no cats. its an automatic, about 80,000. had to get a new trans about 30K miles ago.
