End link bushings

If I swap the sway bar endlink to an Energy Suspension part, will there be any sort of noticable tightness without changing the sway bar? Thanks

If your car is a Z28, probably not, the stock bars are undersized and hollow, I replaced mine with the RKSport solid 35mm front & 25mm rear, with all poly bushings.

If your car is a SS with the 1LE option, poly end links and D bushings may tighten it up some.

Poly bushings/endlinks will make the car feel a little "stiffer" in turns yes. It does this by simply flexing less than the rubber stuff, which makes the bar come into effectiveness earlier.
