Thumbs up Dyno results from my TR220 cam swap!

Ok, I couldn't wait until Friday, so I called down to Walker dyno tune and asked them if I could come today. I drove down there and we strapped my baby down and did 3 pulls. My MAFT tune that I had when I arrived turned out to be the best one. The results were.... 381.7rwhp and 371.2rwtq!! That is a peak gain of 39rwhp and 12rwtq! The numbers at other points in the run were much greater than that! I can't wait to go to the track Sunday now. This was thru a full exhaust with NO CUTOUT, NO short belt, NO underdrive pulley, 17x11 wheels, and NO ported Throttle body! Once again... I love my car. The cam is a TR220 112lsa.

cam, exhaust, headers, and air intake lid. That's all. Stock heads, MAF, and TB.

It has a slight lope to it, but not anything radical at all. The idle is smooth enough that it hasn't set a misfire code in the PCM. I know some people that have set that code with old spark plugs. If you stand behind the car and listen closely, you can tell it is there, but it doesn't "jump out" at you.

This is what my car sounded like with the TR220/114 cam, FLP headers, no cats and a Hooker catback:

Cats mellowed it out a lot.
