Damaged Jet Hot Headers?

Just recieved my Jet Hot Headers today along with the Cats and Y-pipe. However the Y-Pipe looks bent to me, is there supposed to be a bend there or has it been damaged during shipping. And who would be responsible for damages parts, Fedex or the company I bought them from. Check out pics below and let me know what you think.

Some pipes are bent for clearance issues... that looks like it could be either. Call and find out.

Just found a picture online, and it looks like it should be like that, thank god. Thats the worst when you get parts that have to be sent back, happened with my bilstein shocks which took them about a month to get right.

It would take quite a bit of mishandling to rend the steel in that fashion, which is why I was leaning toward the clearance. Looks like you found out.
