Ok where is the best place to get one?

Are they all the same quality-wise and whats the best price?

If you are down to spring for the cash, get an electric one. They also have the traditional flowtechs on this site as well.

I just want a traditional one.

I found this one at Summit racign for $27 and I can pick it up since im close to them.

Yeah, that's a good price, plus you don't need to pay for the shipping. There really isn't much to a cutout, so the brand doesn't really matter too much. Once you get it installed, though, you should start saving up for an electric cutout to go on it. Once you have one, you will never go back.
