I hear to do a fuul coolant flush you have to remove the engine plugs or knock sensors to drain the plug. Is this true?

No. Drain and fill. Use Dex-Cool. No problem. Just fill it, and start it up. After the thermostat opens, make sure it is fill, and then put the radiator cap on. Let it run for a while, and the shut it off. Keep checking it for a day or 2. That's it.
