I just had Magnaflow cat back exhaust installed on my 99 Z28 and now the check engine light is on. What do I do to get it off?

 

It really depends on why its on...

you need to know what the code is for before we can help..

you can reset the computer and clear it.. but if there really is a problem it will come back

 

Sorry to waste your time. The installer said that it might make the check engine light come on. I guess he was just covering himself. Sorry for the confusion. By the way the exhaust sounds great, not too loud at idle but just right when you get on it.
